Tiny Time Keeper
A PIN time clock on a shared iPad, timesheets that add themselves up, and one export for payroll.
Clinical staff clock in on a shared iPad by the door with a four-digit PIN.
Admins get weekly timesheets, approvals, and alerts for late arrivals, missing punches and overtime before payroll runs.

Why it exists
Small shift-based teams still turn punches into hours, overtime and pay by hand. Time Keeper does that math and leaves an admin to review it.
Staff touch the clock for a few seconds on the way through the door, so it has to work the first time with nothing to remember but a PIN.
Try it
Try a PIN. 2580 belongs to a fictional employee. This is an illustrative prototype built for this site with fictional data, not the product itself.

One run through it
Punch in
An employee enters a PIN on the office iPad. A green screen confirms their name and the time.
Catch problems
Admins see late, no-show and missing-punch alerts, and can add a punch someone forgot.
Review the week
The Friday to Thursday timesheet comes up for review. Admins can approve all, some or none of the minutes past a scheduled end.
Lock and export
Approval locks the hours, and the admin exports them for payroll as ADP paydata, CSV or Excel.
What it does
Kiosk clock
Clock in, clock out, breaks. A wrong PIN shakes; a right one says who you are and when you arrived.
Late and out-of-shift detection
Punches outside the schedule are flagged for an admin to approve.
Weekly timesheets
Friday to Thursday weeks that total themselves, with an approval step.
Alerts
Scheduled checks for missing punches, no-shows and overtime.
Payroll export
Export hours as ADP paydata, CSV or Excel, plus an employee portal for checking them.
Why it's built this way
PINs instead of passwords
Nobody should need an email and password to clock in at a door.
Only the office iPad can punch
That way nobody clocks in from home or the parking lot.
Confirm now, sync later
Punches confirm immediately and sync afterward, because Wi-Fi drops and a clock-out can't be lost.
How it fits together
- 01A Next.js web app for admins and a kiosk view for the shared iPad, on a Convex backend.
- 02Scheduled checks raise the alerts, so problems surface before payroll runs.
